Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bedrock is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bedrock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
